  S.M.A.R.T. Performance Solutions was founded by Wanda Freeland with the vision of partnering with federal and state workforce training programs and other resources to develop the skills of the 21st Century workforce for small and medium businesses.
  With over 25 years of business and workforce development experience, Wanda uses innovative and customized solutions to help organizations develop future leaders from the bottom up and move inexperienced workers to experienced in 90 days or less. With a focus on continuous performance improvement and  outstanding customer service, Wanda provides easy to use and real world solutions to daily  operational problem solving. 
  By using on-the-job training techniques, Wanda teaches line  supervisors how to use effective coaching and principles of performance leadership to develop and retain valuable workers, to create an environment  of continuous improvement, and to actively engage team members in executing the organization's mission and goals.

 Wanda Freeland  is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) professional.  She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.   She has developed workforces in hospitality, banking, and industrial production.  She has developed organizational communication processes, leadership programs, and operational problem solving performance guides.  Her ability to collect data to customize performance programs has benefited small and large companies. 

The goal of S.M.A.R.T. Performance Solutions is to develop the line level worker into both a mentor and trainer, a mentee and a trainee, and a leader as well as a follower.  By shifting the paradigm to view line workers (employees) as volunteers and partners, organizations will find many of their challenges become opportunities that offer a competitive edge in a very global and fast paced market while developing their future leaders.
